I have been part of this company for 1+ years and its a best place to work. Their culture and company environment is excellent. No work pressure and provides flexibility. Rest Cynet is best place for growth and development.

Dislikes

They just need to work on their appraisal structure. Instead of hiring new employees with 30% to 40% hike they should give hike to the employees who have been part for growth of the company during the appraisal.

There is nothing to like about cynet. I had the most worst experience with it

Dislikes

Their HR department is terrible—they reply to queries after ages, and that too only when the company owner is copied in the email. During my full and final (FnF) settlement process, they deducted half of my salary on the false accusation of laptop damage, even though the laptop was working fine.
