Cons :-Extending shift daily will not provide any overtime payment. Manager just wants to clear the work and go away. Provides stress when they feel the stress else they won't even notice if you are asking for help. Proactively ignore your concern and ask for result.

I've been getting more interview calls recently, and after months of silence., it’s a relief! Things are looking better out there. Keep building your skills and applying, guys. Patience does pay off!
