This has its significance in only Aerospace, mining & one or two domains. But not operating across BFSI domains. So the scope projects and jobs are very limited.

Dislikes

No work culture No proper roadmap No value for the process which company is following Higher Management is not interacting to employees every 3months. No Outing and Team lunch. If a manager left, the all of his team members will not get proper hike, even after Feedback given to New manager. No proper food stalls.
