Good compensation for freshers only for 1 to 2 years

Dislikes

Politics, nepotism, unstable policies, core principle are not honoured only talked. Full Leadership need to be replaced only than they can improve their rating

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Working at Cyber Group is awesome. My Day starts with a task/idea.Then almost every third day we have a activity either a Tick-Talk, Cultural event, Sports Activity and we do participation. at the end of the day i love to play table tennis daily.

No Job security . Hire and fire policy every month (daily ka dhandha hai) Small company with very less budget and no of employee Depends on their client so project are venerable anytime it can be cancell and thus they fire. Compensation is poor as they hold some part of amount which they give u in last year.
