1) For support staff, whole different office building is there at different location. No activities hapoen for support projects staff. 2) Cybage is not suitable for support projects. 3) Appraisal never happen in Cybage. 4) Hybrid work culture is jot allowed for most of support projects.

Worst micromanagement, no laptop provided. Strict time tracking. When you are working from home they ask you to use your personal laptop and keep the screen on at all times. Shortfall in hours is deducted from PTO. HRs make you sign a service agreement of 1 year before telling you any benefits during onboarding. If you leave in 1 year you will have to pay 3 months of salary. They have no employee centric policies. Very few client projects , low skilled work, lots of politics. Not giving the proper salary hikes, also they do not have any diwali bonus instead of bonus they are just giving the gift option which they had avilable between the range of 800 rs to 1200 rs.

HR team are very good in completing the cybage process. Project execution depends upon Manager work style. Company is good for freshers and experienced not more than 6-8yrs.

Poor appraisal process. If you are working on 11 months and comes on bench during appraisal month. Your appraisal amount will be calculated considering on bench only . Lesser project for the experienced people . If you are having more than 8 yrs ..chances of getting project is less. Good exposure. very few good managers are left. Good salary compensation.

Last year they gave out really bad appraisals, The new management is micromanaging everything, they are bringing the BPO culture which wasn't here before. everyone wants to leave but 90 days notice period won't let them.
