Job Description:

5+ years of experience in working on cloud environment (AWS/Azure/GCP)

5+ years of experience in managing the cloud services and compute/VM

5+ years of experience in troubleshooting and configuration of cloud services

5+ years of experience in working on the Deployments (CICD) and tools

Experience in working on automation tools and scripts

Experience in working with IAS and terraform

Good communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts, respond to incidents, and perform root cause analysis
• Provide on-call support, escalate critical issues
• Monitor dashboards and key metrics, raise issues
• Perform health checks on cloud resources (compute, storage, network)
• Monitor resource usage, recommend scaling actions​
• Apply updates and patches to cloud resources, follow change procedures​
• Manage and troubleshoot cloud configurations​ and services
• Execute automation scripts for routine tasks​
• Conduct security checks, apply security patches​
• Update runbooks, document incident handling steps​
• Create and Manage infrastructure using Terraform templates​
• Monitor cloud spend, report usage trends​
• Ready to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
