Backend:

• Must have:
• Core Java
• Advanced Java
• Spring
• Spring Boot
• Hibernate/JPA
• SQL (Oracle and MySql)
• Basic Linux commands
• Good understanding of object oriented principles
• Strong debugging skills
• Good understanding of microservices and patterns used in them
• REST

Good to Have:

• Servlets
• JSP
• NoSQL (DocumentDB/MongoDB)
• AWS (S3, API Gateway, Lambda, OpenSearch)
• Docker

Roles and Responsibilites:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to think and act strategically and creatively\
• Should be able to hand a small-sized team therefore should hold 2+ years with team leading
• Strong interpersonal skills and aptitude for working as part of a team
• Write high-quality code, according to agreed standards
• Identify areas of technical debt and refactor code to improve maintainability where appropriate.
• Troubleshoot issues and fix bugs found in the code.
• Actively participate in all the practices that the agile development team engages in, including daily stand-up, sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with all members of the agile development team.
• Raise risks and issues as appropriate.

Suggest ways to improve team processes or introduce new practices where beneficial.

Shift details and location:
Shift details-Overlap till 10am CST, may get extended at times.
Location-Pune

It’s good to have:

• 60% & above in any two of the following and 55% & above in the third
• Secondary, Higher Secondary (or it’ s equivalent) and Graduation level (aggregate)

• Strong Communication & interpersonal Skills.
