Job Description (JD):

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices and tools, with a particular focus on the Azure DevOps stack. He will play a key role in improving our development and deployment processes, ensuring smooth and efficient software delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in Azure DevOps tools and services to enhance our development and deployment pipelines.
• Configure and maintain Azure DevOps environments to support our software development lifecycle.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines.
• Automate the build, test, and deployment processes to achieve high-quality, rapid software delivery.
• Manage version control systems (e.g., Git) to ensure code repositories are organized, secure, and optimized for collaboration.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates) to automate and manage infrastructure provisioning.
• Set up monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues in the production environment.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the reliability and availability of systems.
• Collaborate closely with development, testing, and operations teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among cross-functional teams
• Implement security best practices throughout the CI/CD pipeline to ensure the integrity and security of our applications.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of DevOps processes, procedures, and configurations.
• Provide training and documentation to team members as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CI/CD pipeline, infrastructure, and deployments.
• Identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Stay current with DevOps trends, tools, and best practices.
• Continuously identify areas for improvement in the DevOps process and implement enhancements.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, solutions, and issues to team members and stakeholders.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4-6 years of experience in a DevOps role.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps tools and services
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline concepts and best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
