Dislikes

Not a single policy is employee centric all are employer centric.if you join with good package then forget about appraisal for next two years(as they says your package is high we will not give you hike ) even if you are top performer in the team.no process for project (at least mine one).for experience people I suggest not to join

They have 8 hr floor policy.you may have to work on Saturday Sunday for production support and they will not add those hours or provide any compensation
