Working in CtrlS is a hell. They will pay you your expected CTC to attract you. Once you join them, you will not get proper seating also. It is full of favouritism and biasedness. Here, you will be only doing work which is irrelevant to your experience. Either you will be cleaning others kachra work or you will be doing pending works. I have been part of this Organization for quite some time and i have always loved to be a part of it . It's one of those organization which promotes growth and where Employee Welfare is a prime objective. As far as the compensation is concerned you get paid well here and also you get good incentives and recognition for your work
