Company's culture is bad. No adaptation of new technology or idea. Roaming and overthinking on each matter but no results drawn. All work load for performs.

Annual increment is good, lunch time is gap is 30 min, but most employees take it 1.5 hours is a normal thing here. Here u got to work for public (Govt. projects), so ur decision can impact the public. Most employees here like to work for long times, 10-15 years. So family like environment.

Dislikes

Some top-level managers, VP are old fashioned and outdated with latest technology. Some managers lack management skills, communication skills and very rude behavior, which impacts the employees, that's why many good people left the company. Here client is the boss, don't follow any SDLC, in result it is very difficult to deliver the quality work and bug free and optimized code, all work with tight deadline always. There is few things is good about it as the owner is very good and positive who will help to motivate and help to think better.

There is a group of leadership is here who is very old and use very old technology around 7 to 8 years especially in .Net where its 70% employee works. Also wages are very dramatic as a junior gets more that of a senior and its monopolistic on managers who take decision which is bit difficult sometime as they get angry when questioned and it may reflect in your growth as the system in place of performance seems not reflect the real picture either on salary or in promotion. I am satisfied a bit here but not as much as my ambition was. The opportunity of growth seems closed as the management works on monopoly approach and depict lack of motivation and leadership. Hope they would have learnt from their CEO.
