Job Description:
- To be responsible for handling requirements for US based clients.
- To be responsible for entire Recruitment Cycle: Sourcing, Interview Arrangements, Negotiation & Offer Release for assigned requisitions in US.
- To source from all major Job Portals (Career Builder, Indeed, Monster, Dice, Green House, LinkedIn, Social Media etc.)
- To make job postings on various Job Portals & creatives on Social Media.
- To work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions for US based clients.
- To be responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placements.
- To be responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- To work on validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
- To prepare various databases / reports of Clients, VMS & resumes for upcoming/highly potential requirement.
Candidate Profile:
- Candidates should have relevant experience in international Recruiting/Staffing/Consulting Business across USA.
- Candidates should be proficient at successful sourcing of candidates via Internet sources using BOOLEAN Search Strings and online resume database.
- Candidates should have deadline driven Experience in Tax Terms - 1099/W2/ C2C/1099.
- Candidates should have worked on Contract, Contract to Hire , Permanent & Remote positions.
- Candidates should be good Team player with Interpersonal, good verbal and oral communication skills in English.
- Candidates having US Recruiting exp into Aerospace / Aviation / Manufacturing Engineering Domain will be more preferred.
Qualification: MBA / PGDM
