Job Summary:.

- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ValueLabs, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing recruitment strategies to attract, select, and hire top talent for various roles across the organization.

- You will work closely with hiring managers, employees, and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.

Responsibilities:.

- Design, implement, and execute recruitment strategies to attract, select, and hire top talent for various roles across the organization.

- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, employees, and executives.

- Conduct research and analysis to identify top talent and develop recruitment strategies.

- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and -other recruitment marketing campaigns.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions and requirements.

- Develop and maintain a strong network of external partners, including recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and other external sources of talent.

- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including candidate pipelines, recruitment metrics, and talent acquisition dashboards.
