We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore and support our expansion.
Job Summary:
- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ValueLabs, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing recruitment strategies to attract, select, and hire top talent for various roles across the organisation.
- You will work closely with hiring managers, employees, and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and execute recruitment strategies to attract, select, and hire top talent for various roles across the organisation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, employees, and executives.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify top talent and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions and requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of external partners, including recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and other external sources of talent.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including candidate pipelines, recruitment metrics, and talent acquisition dashboards.
- Provide regular recruitment metrics and analysis to stakeholders, including hiring managers, employees, and executives.
- Collaborate with other teams, including HR, Operations, and Business Development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in recruitment, including experience with full-cycle recruitment, recruitment marketing, and talent pipeline management.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
