The company has no vision, pays poorly and even kill our savings. They will not allow their employees to invest in MF or Equity. The only savings options for employees are FDs having lower interest rate than the current inflation rate.

Crisil has good infrastructure, good working environment,good people. People have flexibility of working hours. Crisil has indian holidays even if you work for US process or any other countries. Crisil celebrate Indian as well as well Christmas festivals in office. Crisil as separate tr aining programs as well were you can learn new things like automation process n other things. Crisil has drop facility after 10pm for girls and 11 pm for boys. There is very low chances that you will kick out from company but it depends upon your performance and compliance Crisil is doing so many social activities mainly in tree plantation, beach cleanings and education....Read More

Sometimes work pressure is high so you have to stretch for 2 to 3 hrs. Crisil don't give extra pay for extra working hours.you to do many activities other than core activities which is sometimes painful. Appreciation and motivation is low. Traveling to Crisil might be hectic for the mo st of the people who are traveling from Andheri stations as it's is far from Andheri station. However Crisil as pick up facilities from nearby stations. Crisil don't much outings for employees but they organise party in hotels and family carnival once a year, were parents and freinds can come to their office....Read More

I was in GAC D&O department. My core work was processing audits and other reports . I was in public finance team so we have to input too many data points of government entities in application which was used by analyst for further ratings of the entity.

Flexible timings and that's it. I don't see any pros. GAC analytical department is good.

Dislikes

Timesheet will ruin your life, you might get hypertension because of politics. There are lots of cons. I don't recommend crisil anyone. Incase anyone trying then try for the GAC analytical department It's better for your growth.
