You will have good learning as you have to work beyond your office time, and you will get all the type of task weather it's drag and drop or frontend, backend etc.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, they don't know how to treat with inetrn, they are very uncertain about salary, for what they are hiring they are not providing after that. There is no proper KT, without KT they will start doing task, no mentoring there are micro management t so you have to give the report of every hour of the day.
