Additionally, we provide a healthy work-life balance through a 5-day working week, flexible work timings, generous paid time off and special leaves (maternity, paternity, bereavement or marriage leaves)! In fact, we have mandated some leaves every quarter to ensure that our people take regular breaks from work.
