Favoritism, be in good books. Even md is unaware of this Senior management non sense things. Definitely not recommended. Discrimination based on caste, religion is too high. HRs have the one on one sessions, only for namesake. It's of no use even after highlighting issues to HR. Rude management. Definitely big no for recommending others. Stay away from this company.
