Through 5-day working week, flexible work timings, generous paid time off and special leaves (maternity, paternity, bereavement or marriage leaves) we extend our support and care to all our Crimsonites! We even have flexible public holidays so that Crimsonites can avail leaves from a list of public holidays as per their choice and need. In fact, we have mandated some leaves every quarter to ensure that our people take regular breaks from work. During these difficult pandemic period, we took additional measures for facilitating a positive work life balance of our people.
