Even though editors are expected to work under very tight deadlines, even the most minor of misses are focused on and feedback is provided. The office space is cramped. Our bonuses and certain other financial components have been devised to reward our talented Crimsonites. In fact, even during the pandemic we had a timely disbursement of bonuses as opposed to the industry trends during that period. The process of managing these components in case of separation/termination is informed to all Crimsonites when they join us.
