Salary is paid out on time. Generally, this place has understanding and helpful colleagues and seniors.
The workload is extremely high. On several days, you end up working way beyond shift hours. The pay structure and appraisals are also disappointing. Even though editors are expected to work under very tight deadlines, even the most minor of misses are focused on and feedback is provided. The office space is cramped. No leaves on national holidays or public holidays in the name of capacity too. I feel like it's a training institute most of the employees are fresher and worst things when you resign ,whatever bonus they provided in current year they deducted total bonus from your full and final settlement.

In fact, even during the pandemic we had a timely disbursement of bonuses as opposed to the industry trends during that period.
