Through regular scrums, one-on-one catch-ups, quarterly assessments, etc. we try to stay informed about the performance of our teams. These insights help us to address performance related gaps/challenges at a preliminary stage as well as facilitate a fast track career progression of our Hi-Pots. Thank you for acknowledging these efforts. We regret to know your concern regarding long working hours. Working beyond the stipulated hours is not a norm at Crimson. However, being a ‘client-centric’ organization, we need additional support from our people on some occasions to achieve client success.
