I am lucky to be in Sales and under a better manager. The developers don't have such luxury. Work life balance doesn't exist. Management is naggy and people get fired for wierd reasons

Just the good initial learning and to set your goal and be clear with a vision to not to work in such organization ever in future. Mostly one learns alot of DON'T S that you can keep in your mind in future.

Dislikes

Manipulative and unprofessional behaviour of the management towards it's employees. Treatment of Employees as just resources not employees. Deviation in Verbal commitment and actual actions. Giving false hopes to employees to get things done and disowning the employees at the time of need.

It has been a tough time working with CRG and still continues to be the same as the management is just concerned about filling it's pockets with Profits. One has to even fight for basic amenities like food and shelter when deployed out of city limits.
