Continuous opportunities for growth. I have been working with Crewscale from last 3 years now and never sat idle. Always got good clients to work on and job stability was never a question. Best part is I got to work on some of the international companies and that always helps! The work satisfaction is good and pay is great too.

*Great Learning Experience, Supportive Team, and Professional Work Culture* I've been working at Crewscale as a UI/UX Designer since June 2024. I initially joined as a freelancer for one month, after which I transitioned into a full-time role. during my time here, I've worked on Crewscale website homepage and an internal project (which I can't disclose), I was responsible for designing its full dashboard, an web extension, and the website. The experience has been extremely rewarding. The team at Crewscale, especially Raghu, Nirmaan, Akash, and Abhiram has been extremely supportive. I've worked closely with Nirmaan and Akash, we frequently ideated together, exchanging ideas to improve the design, and they've always shared multiple references from other products which helped me understand the direction they wanted the expected outcome to be. Overall, the learning opportunities here have been vast, and I've greatly enjoyed my time working at Crewscale.
