The only thing I like is that, you're free to work any where. You're not required to sit at your desk and do your task.

Dislikes

1. NO actual development work is there. They just try to fool the customer. 2. NO work life balance. Manager pressurise to work after hours and expect us to be on time in morning as well. NO OverTime is provided. 3.Appraisal rating criteria is the worst. If you're doing your job perfectly they will rate you 3 out of 5, as you're just doing your job. It is am amazing company, fun environment, no micro management and entire leadership is very supportive of people. They take care of employees manage their work life balance very well. I have been here for 2 years and this is much much much better then the previous Pune companies that I have worked for. I am happy for this decision.

I have been working here for 3.5 years. I have only good thing to say about this company. The work culture is young and vibrant. There is no micro management. There is a lot of freedom to work and play. The customers are good and management is good as long as you perform. I liked my time working here.

Unfortunately I am moving to the US after working at CDS for 2 years. I would not have left if it was not the move. I loved every bit of it. the work environment and work culture and management and HR is all very good. It is a great first job and I learnt so much. I would strongly recommend CDS.

Company is going strong in this economy. I ave been working here for 3 year. It is very employee friendly company. Work environment is very flexible. There is no micro mgmt. There is a lot of flexibility on WFH and loan and other perks. The only criteria is that you have to perform.

I am loving the culture. Very flexible, transparent and no micro management. There is definitely a lot of focus on delivery and customer but if you do your job right, you will grow significantly faster then others. Projects are decent. All customers are US so there is definitely good work culture.

The work environment is good. There is no micro management. The projects are decent. The management and HR is good . At least they are trying to do things for employees unlike many other companies. They gave good appraisal in this economy while my previous company gave 0% hike.

Nothing as such but it give very handsome salary in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Dislikes

The company primarily focuses on maintenance services and doesn't offer app development to clients. As a result, you haven't had the opportunity to gain experience in building apps from scratch. Your major work will be the testing (70%) and bug solving(30%) as a software engineer, you rarely get any the development work here.
