There is only one benefit of working in Crescentia india venture that the salary comes on time.

Dislikes

The working culture in crescentia india venture is totally zero. You will not get to learn anything. There is a lot of politics there. Apart from that, vacancies remain open in this company for 12 months. Every month 10 people leave and 8 people join. I was working in this company for 2 years. When I asked for increment and promotion, I got only excuses and no increment or promotion. In this company, the Site engineer, supervisor & Project manager is considered a monkey. He only dances on the tunes of the team leaders sitting in the office who have absolutely no knowledge of the site & technically....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
