The best thing was during COVID, our job was secured and also 2 months salary was not deducted even when not active in system. I worked for more than 6 years and learned many things which had helped me to grow in my career.

I really hated about the IJPs process wherein PKT paper always used to leaked we also reported to ER team but unfortunately no action was taken, i worked here for more than 6 years , but last year was every pathetic due to new management hired in RCM wherein Manager was really very rude and not supportive and always degrade old users. This place was a hell hole.. They never paid the incentives promised. Quality department was the biggest bigots I came across in the bpo industry. Things were made much worse my the incompetent managers. Such a pathetic place where toxic idiots reside.

Work Life Balance is well so far & also pays well for Ops. But if we talked about support they get treated as they are nothing as compared to Ops people.
