Very poor management skills, lot of work pressure, No professional behaviour and manner from the upper management. They love to discuss personal life's of employees infront of everyone, loves gossips, lack of training, salary is not as per market standards.

This place was a hell hole.. They never paid the incentives promised. Quality department was the biggest bigots I came across in the bpo industry. Things were made much worse my the incompetent managers. Such a pathetic place where toxic idiots reside.

Work Life Balance is well so far & also pays well for Ops. But if we talked about support they get treated as they are nothing as compared to Ops people.
