Too much politics. Too much favoritism. Less experience people consider themselves more superior than their managers. No appraisals. Too much stress by no experience managers. New joiners at superior levels with 0 Credence work knowledge consider themselves the best.

Team mates are helpful , there is no fear of loosing job,career growth after some stage is stagnant as company is not looking for new markets and bigger targets which impact on career.I have been travelling for past 3.5 years their is very much to do on client site in this company.There are few software upgrades no changes/innovation until client ask and pay amount for it.There is pathetic work life balance as management says there is no out timings of our company and we don't care about your personal life....Read More

Absolutely nothing to like for this organization. You will work like they own you. You will not have any personal life. You will work for 14-16 hour days, 7 days a week. The project manager will still not be satisfied and you will be deemed less useful than an intern. There are good things to learn in this company, functionally, but you will pay an extremely high price for it. If you are joining this company, my advise will be "Run Away". The list of things not to like in Credence Analytics is a kilometer long. I will try and keep it minimum. 1. They are not getting any meaningful new projects, while competition companies are getting so many projects that they cannot keep up. 2. No projects mean no growth promotions or financially 3.
