Absolutely nothing to like for this organization. You will work like they own you. You will not have any personal life. You will work for 14-16 hour days, 7 days a week. The project manager will still not be satisfied and you will be deemed less useful than an intern. There are good things to learn in this company, functionally, but you will pay an extremely high price for it. If you are joining this company, my advise will be "Run Away". They are not getting any meaningful new projects, while competition companies are getting so many projects that they cannot keep up. 2. No projects mean no growth promotions or financially 3.
