Manager will put pressure on junior and senior level of employees, forces to work on weekends, sudden meeting and task from different clients. Penny on the name of appraisal and bonus. No follow up and feedback on the appraisal review. A lot more on the name of feminism...

The work environment is lively and dynamic. I enjoy working from the office because everyone’s proactive, and things move quickly. People are always eager to pitch in and solve problems. Work is shared fairly, and there's flexibility to learn . Those who deserve it are paid well. I like that the company recognizes good performance with awards, which is part of the culture. Managers are friendly and offer help when needed
