As a female employee of this company, I have felt empowered due to the kind of opportunities which have come my way. The dedicated WOW forum is where our voice is heard. It feels safe and secure. A diverse and non-partial culture can be seen. The male counterparts show a caring attitude towards us. Definitely a happening workplace.

Salary is not as issue for the deserving. My recent hike was as per the expectations. There is a competitive referral program which helps us to refer our acquaintance for the right position.
