Transport & MIS Executive

Job Summary:

The Transport & MIS Executive is responsible for managing the companys transportation logistics and overseeing the Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure efficient operations. This role involves coordinating transport activities, maintaining data integrity, generating reports, and supporting the administration team with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport Management:

• Coordinate and manage daily transportation operations, including scheduling and routing.
• Ensure timely and safe transportation of employees and goods.
• Maintain and update transportation records and logs.
• Liaise with transport vendors and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and compliance with safety regulations.

MIS Management:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support decision-making.
• Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management.
• Develop and generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to present data insights.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of data.

General Administration:

• Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
• Support the administration team with various tasks as needed.
• Provide training and support to staff on MIS-related tools and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in transport management and MIS roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with database management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
