Cotiviti has two company which has two different rule one cotiviti nd one is mips cotiviti who have there own rule. Special rohan is destroying the mips.

Apart from my department, I can see the people's are somewhat growing in career wise and personal.

Please don't come to windows engineering. Offshore team is leading by a savage manager with poor communication in English.He is lacking the ability to manage people's and last year he became sr.manager from a sr.tech lead. Savage guy who doesn't believe in automation and scripts. Shifts are kind of he'll.If you are a married guy then,it's very difficult to manage family.There won't be any proper weekends and even weekends they are forcing us to work on things.without any comp Off or payment.
