1. 6 days working - all days from office. No flexibility with work from home. 2. Work culture is very toxic. They micromanage employees and fire them anytime they like. 3. There is no transparency or unity within the company. It seems like people are working for no cause. 4. Favouritism exists! They only care about the departments or people they like. 5. Attrition rate is very high. People leave every week. Most of the people I know there wants to leave the company. 6. No words on leadership.
