Office politics at its peak. Continental talk about Hybrid models but Managers will force you to come to office and Hr will say it depends on manager. Medical insurance is very bad here. Conti is earning from this also. Food is very bad.

Hierarchy is not following . HOD’S only getting promotion with huge gap in Levels/ Grades w.r.t their teams. Promotions not on time. HOD’s not listening to team members for any work relates ideas and imposing their decisions. Not celebrating achievement’s.
