You get to meet a lot of people. I mean, a lot!

Dislikes

Poor management tops the table. You do not get any perks for being stable at this company, so if you were to work here for 1,2,3,4 or 5 years, your salary remains the same even though you rise the ladders or even if you are really good with the process. Oh, and the organisation does have employee welfare committees, but it's just for namesake purposes.
