I loved to work with Tata business support services.Thay had very good working environment. Very supportive HR, TL, Managers, Anyone can start his/her career early. HR team was conducting few activity daily. Teay ware also conducting cricket,Volleyball,turnament.so you will never feal that you are alone.They will treat with you like his Own Full Enjoyment with good work.

Dislikes

The worst thing about company is Q-connect. Since when T-bss tieup with Q-connect.Every thing got changed. Every month Employee have to face salary issue .even T-bss had very bulsit rule according to that he was giving same salary to Each Employee.Either you New or you worked 5yr . you will only get 9300 Rupees.Now HR team is also useless. That's why now only if I talk about Mohali center his strength is below 100 in Inbound as it was more than 500 in 2017....Read More

No respect for the employees and even after working 2 years the only appraisal is abt 250 rs in the salary

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
