It's good company in the sense of Job security, comfortably etc, and most of the things are good there.

Nothing was dislike for me there bcoz i worked in Indian Bank process, i worked properly, i supported to process in covid , flood etc every time. Every thing was good for me. If you work properly there will not be dislike for any one there.

Good work and environment Team mates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a cafeteria and company policy are good. There are opportunity for career growth {IJP}

I worked into TATA PLAY process which was really terrible to serve in that. There are only politics and favouritism. I have been moved into two processes (chat and semi voice) forcefully. Even when I was suffering with health issues no one supported me in terms of weeks offs and shifts they made me trouble a lot. I wouldn't like to mention anyone's names but I really wanted to mention one TL'S name who is Sridhar made me suffer a lot and he would harrass me with his blackmailing statements and he had harrassed many women's with activities like looking towards body, not maintaining the eye contact, I would have feel uncomfortable to reach him because it was happened with me also and raised a complaint though there was no change in him. I also reached my manager Gayapu Srinivas but even he was supporting Sridhar instead having a discussion get that cleared. I would also like to mention one more TL name that is Swathi Sripada. She use to use bad word's on floor with agent's and she worst at her language I never heard a good words from her. Sridhar and Swathi Sripada are close friends and they literally target people and made them harrass because of these behaviour many people absconded. I would like to say that Tata Play is a worst process with worst management. No manager or team lead will support. It's waste of time to connect with management for concerns. My suggestion is to remove the manager Gayapu Srinivas and Swathi Sripada from process so that people who are working they won't get tortured. Even cafeteria is not good. There use to be insects in food area, cab facility was also not good they never came on time. Hence I highly not recommend to join this company....Read More

I worked my almost 5 yrs here in this company what I got in return all benefits taken down. No salary hike, no good culture, no growth opportunities basically this place is just for Fun nothing else don't join.
