Very Toxic people and toxic culture, I got admitted to hospital due to work politics. My post hospitalisation bills for almost Rs. 65000 got rejected. Situations were created that I leave the organisation. No growth, only blame gme and undue work pressure was created. I won't recommend anyone to join this organisation ever.

Very very terrible experience. No one will support you. You have to work atleast 12-13 hour. Also they will never provide a leaves. Grouping issue is there.

Used to be good at providing good salary, however not anymore

Connectwise leadership has gone paranoid, firing anyone at will, picking on someone, very biased towards quality engineering, which will result in customer issues in near future, unrealistic deadline, no clear roadmap. They have polluted culture of connectwise. Most of the experienced resources are leaving company because of leadership

When the Top to low levels of the management is full of cheap mindset, it creates most worst/disliked place to work. 1. Dirty politics is a little extra in this company. 2. They will not only charge you high as a buyback notice period but also stop you from getting immediate relief from your job without cooperating with you. 3. No F&F document will be provided to clear your doubts when they charge for a buy-back notice period. 4. They will make employee cry to get out of their company. 5. Worst HR department and management. Managers and production people sucks, they want work to be done in half of time. No appreciation, no constructive feedback. Developing features without market research and then blame developers.

This feedback is based on what department I was hired for. Initially I was hired as a Dedicated Tech where are supposed to provide support to MSP. After entering the organization we got to know that we have to go through another rounds of Interview. The management will try to align you 3 to 4 rounds of Interview irrespective of whatthe MSP requirement is. But if you can't get yourself selected then the company will entertain you for few months and then ask you to look for better opportunities. 1) In other words, if you are getting calls from this company, kindly ask the department. If they are hiring for Dedicated Tech, straight away say no. Since the management is sucking like a parasite and they will give preference to only those employees who is already on bench (especially who are old in Connectwise) and the Interview which will be aligned for you would be a total time waste of they will tell you that the client rejected your profile. 2) Your growth will be dependent upon which MSP you will be chosen for. If you are a Techie then I would suggest not to join this organisation since you can't groom yourself technical. They have four Tech leads - Kiran, Anant, Yogesh, and all of them are useless. They even don't know how to pronounce the words correctly and given the position of Tech leads 3) It is a Product based company. If you wish to join such a small organisation in the initial state of your career where you have lesser than 4 years of experience then go ahead and take the risk. However if you are coming from a big MNC like TCS, Wipro, HCL, Capgemini etc, then don't join this company as you will be risking your job since there is no standard of this company. 4) There are only 3 offices in India: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore...Read More
