No good things about this company!

Very Toxic people and toxic culture, I got admitted to hospital due to work politics. My post hospitalisation bills for almost Rs. 65000 got rejected. Situations were created that I leave the organisation. No growth, only blame gme and undue work pressure was created. I won't recommend anyone to join this organisation ever.

Very very terrible experience. No one will support you. You have to work atleast 12-13 hour. Also they will never provide a leaves. Grouping issue is there.

While the company provides chances for promotion every 3-4 years, it appears that being part of a lobby or favored group can expedite the promotion process, potentially allowing promotions to occur every 2 years. This system of dependency and preferential treatment creates an uneven playing field, limiting opportunities for those outside the elite groups. The best opportunities within the company seem to be limited to the elite groups, indicating a lack of equal access to growth prospects for all employees.
