Dislikes

They don't celebrate any festival, no fun at all. Also, exit policies and feedback weren't asked to me, they make you sign a bond for a year which needs to be renewed every year. Also, transperancy and authenticity are lacking here.

Culture is not much good You never have a stable client. You will be continuously switching from one client to another saying that you will learn something but all you will be ever learning is copy paste guessing games and softwares and not the core accounting things. Lot of employees were fired without any reason because they are hiring aimlessly. They don't allow phones in office which doesn't really make any sense....Read More

They provide on the job training and the team which alloted is very supportive for providing the training.

The management of confiance make false promises , and the management do not the follow their own conditions for termination of the employee and they directly terminate without explaining the valid reason . This same happened with me . Means for eg. There is a team of 5 members and if they come to know that 3 members can do the job of 5 employees then on the same day they terminate the 2 employees without giving proper reason by making some excuses. The management of confiance follow the strategy of hire and fire , this Exactly what I have faced in 5 months working at confiance. They don't give even notice period to employees before firing them and the promotion process is also very slow so can't trust completely on management of confiance . They play very strong politics when it comes to give promotion to employees. So at initial stage we The hr gives lots of information related to the work culture at confiance and shows big dreams to employees for remaining for long period. After firing the employees the hr department behave very rudely to the employees and try to delay in providing them experience letter.
