Nothing which i say to dislike. But my recommendation for management is that they have to look for some of policies where company is lacking and also ensure that as company is growing many of old talented resource are getting ignored by thier respective managers due to favouritism.

Hike with bond, no work life balance, mostly need to do overtime for 4-5 hours, hactic culture, HR duty was to provide document, 0 power to HR, 100% politics culture. School environment, standing in a queue to say good bye to manager can not talk with collogues managers will humiliates you if he caught you CCTV. No retention of old employees instead they focusing on hiring freshers in just 14k-15k in the name of cost cutting. No work-life balance . No activity to make working environment stress-free.
