As per growth it was time taking too much and a less compensation can't be affordable a lot. Strictly orders to do extra hours in sometimes.

Training for freshers is good.

Dislikes

They don't provide the appraisal. And no medical facilities for freshers families. And the HR is lack of knowledge for any ESIC facilities and they change the HR policies any time and cheating with the employees who are freshers.

Company policies are good but due to some arrogant SV people have to suffer alot. They want to show only negative things of employees in front of seniors & in name of company policies they settle their personal score. If u go to higher authorities later u will receive SPECIAL treatment in form of assigned work. As per company policy u feel urself helpless in that situation.
