Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Dislikes

Transport service is a major draw back as they have boundaries Also if you are selected for Microsoft office profile they will put you in PIP if you don't perform in OJT period. Salary given to fresher is very low compared to the work pressure. Please join concentrix office 365/eps atleast with a package of 7.5 lpa inorder to feel a job satisfaction

Hi, need help.currently I am employed with Axis Bank. I am an ex Citibanker. I am not liking the axis Bank culture at all..kindly advise how to switch from a bank to MNC companies...I don't have contacts and want to make my career in MNC company. Current package is 14.4 additionally bonus and all contributes to overall package to 17.3. Can anybody help me getting a job in company like Genpact, concentrix etc.

The teammates they were the reason to continue working in this company.

Dislikes

The management. The manager specially is skilled in politics than the work given, no job security as the manager all the time threatened to throw out some or the other employee, he made the environment negative to work with. The manager was hardly skilled for his position as he was incompetent to write even a single email and his communication skills were pathetic.
