Want to spoil your career, I mean "your life"? Come and join this terrible organization. If you remember Inderjeet from Ramayana. Then you will feel the same Trap for which Inderjeet was famous for. But they don't know no Inderjeet can survive long to spoil others life. They want you to sit in front of camera which will monitor you for your complete shift, hence no privacy they click pictures anytime any moment. Work from office is better than this. You will get more private space in office. They will ask you to sign a bond, I mean illegal bond after you sign appointment letter , the best part is in that bond you will never see a legal stamp on the bond, since you already signed appointment letter left your previous organization you have no choice apart from signing that ridiculous paper. Now here we are with a new technique which they will apply when you are in productions. If you don't want to work and you are under probation they will force you to serve the 60 days notice period and they will start giving you a different definition of probation from any other planet. These ridiculous People solution people even Sr. Manger. They will start playing with you and your mind and you will start getting suicidal thoughts, when they play with you. Exact words from them "Tumhaara career kharab ho jaayega nobody will give you job. We will give you an absconding letter from us. You will not get letter of acceptance." and more which I can express better in person to anyone. Trust me they will try to scare you in anyway they don't care about your life. They don't care why you want to leave they will never bother to even ask. But trust me I left the organization paid a huge amount of bond recovery of approx 120000, but trust me all. The relief of getting Sepration from this Toxic environment worth this money. After paying this amount they sent an appointment letter with word Job Abandonment. They are crazy, HR is doing all illegal things in this organization and still upper management and leaders are not doing anything about the same. I worte to CEO including some leader country heads and after that one leader acknowledged it and helped me to get a new corrected, experience letter. But this is said, I fought for me that's why I got a new letter. That means the one which I got before was wrong and illegal sent to me just because People Solutions Sr. Manager's ego. She want to satisfy herself but she messed with a wrong one at that time. I am now happy leaving this toxic working environment. You might not be able to survive so please don't join.
