We are just working thats it just working pay is terrible no increments for the harf work we so lots of politics running around

At the beginning when we used to work from home we used get aha amount which means for working from home we used to get paid a lil bit more where we employees used to get happy but now we dont get aha amount no proper ots no incentives nythng.

Want to switch to MNC...need help

Hi, need help.currently I am employed with Axis Bank. I am an ex Citibanker. I am not liking the axis Bank culture at all..kindly advise how to switch from a bank to MNC companies...I don't have contacts and want to make my career in MNC company. Current package is 14.4 additionally bonus and all contributes to overall package to 17.3. Can anybody help me getting a job in company like Genpact, concentrix etc.

According to my offer letter I have to work 9 hours and 30 mins but they make us work 9-7 ie 10 hours of shift. Basically it should be 9 hours. When I even talked to HR regarding the same he denied and said it’s miss print. But as I checked the offer letter for my colleagues also there it was also 9.5 hours. We are also humans we can’t work 10 hours in that much low salary.

When I joined, it was nice, everyrhing was smooth. Incentives was there to earn extra.

Dislikes

In Sprint everything was perfect, however since when T-Mobile came, work culture, environmemt completely changed. Very stressfull, even you have to take permission to go on break. Not good at all.
