Leaving the Bangalore before joining CVG was very tough but some how I managed myself and when I joined CVG I didn't have any experience in chat process and I struggled a lot after selection in process There was a phase when I was going to quit in 2 months only but my TL has a alot confidence on me He boosted my confidence level which I couldn't imagine and I started to learn bit by bit When first promoted as team mentor then got highest incentive in sales and lastly when I become team leader trainee I started to believe that nothing in impossible Overall my whole experience with Convergys which is CONCENTRIX now was fabulous Thank you 👍👍👍👍...Read More

There are Good things and bad things in every sector of corporate life Regular night shifts was only the problem due to which I had to leave it at my crucial career path when promoted But as process is US shift so cannot say anything
