Our company took proactive decisions based on the situation we can come across in future. They didn't wait for situation get worse and provided work from home facility. No one is forced to come to office. As far as benefits are concerned we got salary before the salary date to avoid financial crisis in family. Also those who were unable to carry office to home due to some challenges have got salaries on time. This is the great work from concentrix towards employees and end client. No dislikes. But since there is work load, company should understand employees and should make sure that they should keep employees away from office work stress.

I like my work. And I like that I'm working for a brand so there is a safe work environment, because of great HR policies. But I expect more from the company.

Due to some reasons, I felt very demotivated during ijp's I last filled few months ago. After that I could not fill any ijp because of process movement. It It But I still feel the impact of my last attempt. I don't see myself growing and it's been more than 3 years. I don't have a skill issue.. Sometimes I feel very demotivated and that impacts my work.. When my work is impacted, I feel more demotivated. That's very unfortunate.. I don't appreciate blame games.. Career growth is very low here.To get career growth here need IJP means "Internal Jaan pahchan" so those employees have eligible to fill IJP meaning it as per company internal job posting not fill because they nown already who is going to get selected for that particular post.I seen here those are deserving there they are still working last 7/8/9 year.transport facility is not good most of places are considered here as a non hiring zone and transport polices are not good other organizations are most of the places considered as hiring zone but this company not,where I live there is provided cab facility by different companies but this company doesn't provide, however that place is very safe and on same place take pickup and drop by old employees by company but its not given for new employees just for cost cutting when we ask questions with logic they say it's company policies, which is very painful...Read More
