The most amazing thing about this company is the job security and the time they spent on your training and skill development. During this pandemic as well Concentrix manage to keep all their staff and didn't deduct any of their salaries. Also, every month company learning development team arrange skill development programs depending on your career level.

Appraisal time is not fixed and the appraisal calculation is not transparent. It all depends on your managers and directors if they like you, you may get a higher appraisal even your performance is poor. Also, the career growth can only be possible if you know someone. You do not have to be deserving to grow in this company but you should be friends with yours managers and directors.
