No Personal Life, you are forced to sit over time. you have to report office on time but no logout time. last moment Tasks are assigned and meetings are done after 7 PM, which can be done earlier before 6 or 7 PM. No proper process, it changes according to the manager's mood. You cannot escalate if the manager does not follow the process. They will play with employee's career, they immediately fire people on the same without any intimation. if you clear Client interviews then you are good otherwise they treat you as a labour or burden. If you have 3 years of experience then they ask you to give an interview for 5 years of experience candidate requirements.

No Employee Facilities. No office canteen. No Proper HR Policies. Offered Salary too low for freshers as well as for experienced. After 3 years of Bond, the hike offered was too low. Favoritism is there if you are Telugu, and Politics is played by Managers. Have to improve a lot in all sectors.
